Instructions

  1. Enter your name and supervisor's email above.
  2. Select the desired week start date (Sunday) using the date picker.
  3. Fill in the Start, Lunch On, Lunch Off, and End times for each day.
  4. Click "Calculate Week Total" to compute your hours and enable the email button.
  5. Use "Copy Table for Outlook" to copy a formatted HTML table for easy pasting.
  6. Click "Send Email" to open a draft with a placeholder—then paste copied table into the e-mail draft.
